SUMMARY:
- Receiving volume calls from international customers
- Assisting the customers in their inquiries and concerns
- Delivering excellent customer service over the phone and ensuring the performance metrics are being met
QUALIFICATIONS:
•At least a highschool graduate
•1 year experience in GDS is a MUST for travel account
•No experience needed for telco and financial
•Amenable to work in shifting schedule
•Average to excellent English communication skills
•Good in web navigation and computer literate
•Amenable to work in Makati
