1. Attend immersion /accreditation training (one whole day, twice a month, on Thursdays)

2. Submit requirements (SMDC forms, Photocopy of the ff: broker license & cert of registration, TIN/VAT registration, cedula/passport, 1x1 pic, BDO account no. Addnl for institutional brokers: articles of incorporation/by-laws, secretary's certificate or board resolution authorizing accreditation)
COMMISSION RATES (SM RESIDENCES) - Individual: 5%, Institutional : 6%
